He inquired us for our services and subscribed to our monthly newsletters and our special offers. Every professional company have their database of contacts whom they update with their offers/new service launches etc. There is always an option to unsubscribe if you don’t wish to receive further emails. He didn’t unsubscribe for those mails and rather went ahead to post spam on this forum. Ahh some people feel happy when they have their kicks publicly. We have deleted his contacts from our database after reading this post,

Got a spam email from these people. Normally trash them, but out of curiosity asked them how much they charged and what they had done. They sent me a long list of websites they claimed to have developed... except the companies that HAD developed them knew nothing about Mosaic-Service whatsoever. Avoid if you value your money.

The mail went in after we were contacted for our services and as a follow up mail and he called and being a professional company we apologised .
However he has gone ahead and posted indicates that he might be acting in a way which is not totally professional.

Spammers are called professionals now. Today we received an unsolicited email with this message:
